You may not like it, but this will get taught in MBA schools by the MBA kids and they will impose this on the companies they run and start.
- dragonwriter 2y agoIt is a not-uncommon tactic from new less-than-competent managers, though usually people inclined to doing it across all their subordinates only get hired as fairly low level managers, not with authority over large organizations.
