I know what the 'C' in "C-suite" stands for, especially in the UK.

  It's the same around the world, e.g. in Australia. In Eastern Europe, e.g. in Poland, that often starts with K instead.

      That same word is popular in Australia. In Polish, a similar insult (presumably) begins with the letter K
