Yeah, I'm mostly with you-- I'm not totally convinced myself, but I can see where Apple is coming from with all of this. Of course it doesn't necessarily do anything to refute the obviousness objection. I suppose it's just it makes it a little easier to believe that maybe these things weren't quite as obvious before somebody did it.
