White House and Ukraine Close in on Deal for Mineral Rights
- jfengel 2y agoI suppose I don't hate the idea of Ukraine paying for its defense. Ideally, they'd demand it out of Russia in reparations, but that's never going to happen. They won't extend the war to get a better reparations deal. I'll see how I feel about it when it happens. I've got no reason to give the current US administration any benefit of the doubt. If the war ends, good on them. We'll see how much gets lost in the process.

- sharemywin 2y agoI think I read 20% of their mineral are under Russia occupation. I know what mineral rights I would be giving the US. you want them you know where they are.
