As I mentioned, while I did have a working web UI, it wasn't full-featured (recurring events couldn't be created with complex settings or anything like that), and since my family and I use the native desktop/mobile calendar clients, it seemed unnecessary, once I got Radicale working for the server part. Do you not have/use the native clients? In any case, you're welcome to check the commit where I left that off [1].
