The acting administrator is clearly Musk, but if he gets an official appointment then it limits his domain to the constraints of that appointment, by the courts.
So its better off being ambiguous, because then its just an issue for Congress, who is disabled

- jfengel 2y agoIt wasn't easy. It took decades to put it in place: complete control of the judiciary, dominance of the legislature, creating a vast alternate-reality echo chamber, dividing the public and getting half of them to be willing to accept a complete bypass. It took a very long time to set up all of the dominoes. They fall very quickly.
