What is going on with this article? No where listed is going to be cold at all in the 10 day forecasts, and even the links to other stories about weather are wildly incorrect.
Is this some weird AI hallucination, a reported in the UK having no idea what’s going on, fake news for clickbait, or are we all just living in a fever dream?
- BenjiWiebe 2y agoIt is extremely/unusually cold here in Kansas right now. -10 F tonight, but no wind to speak of. Earlier I saw North Dakota was forecasted to get down to -38F or so. Looks like it might even freeze in parts of Florida.
- tonyarkles 2y agoSquinting while reading it… some places are actually getting -45F or so with -60F windchills, and some places are getting (February Seasonal Temperatures - 50). Still cold but not as cold as the headline suggests. I’m happy it’s leaving here. I’m just north of North Dakota and it’s been absolutely miserable here for a week, hanging out around -35C to -40C.
