I had mostly forgotten Chime exists, and I'm guessing most of Amazon's customers had too. The only time I've ever used it was to talk to people working at AWS.

- jamesfinlayson 2y agoYeah the only time I ever heard of us was when AWS support offered to connect on Chime. I opted for Teams as I didn't want to have to install yet another tool.
