So more or less a return to pre-Reagan forced institutionalization, but with more gardening and less medication? On one hand, our current approach to public medical health is clearly not working. I don't know if anyone should be so attached to the status quo. RFK is a kook, but that doesn't mean you should be closed minded to trying an idea. On the other hand, who is going to make this happen? This may as well be a fantasy land for an administration that doesn't want to spend money on anything and is opposed to any responsibility for social welfare.
