I'm late to the party but want to add that "reference date 1875-05-20 defaults to 150 years" explanation makes no sense to me. Assuming the reference date is correct and unknown birth date is stored as timestamp 0. Since we are before 2025-05-20 at the moment the reported age has to be 149 years, not 150. What I'm missing? Would be very unusual to round up age.
