Should I not be surprised that TF2 on its own, without the game engine's source code, is >1,000,000 LOC? That seems crazy to me. The full diff doesn't load on GitHub. Perhaps a lot of this is auto-generated.
- parasti 2y agoEver wonder why TF2 stopped stopped receiving regular updates? My theory was always that the game had turned into a massive ball of code that nobody dares touch anymore.
- LauraMedia 2y agoThe fact the entire code of the Source engine comes ontop of that... It makes sense they decided to focus on Source 2 instead...
