Before anyone jumps in to say that stress doesn't cause ulcers, only H. pylori does: stress can absolutely trigger gastritis, especially if you're predisposed for that, and chronic gastritis can very much cause ulcers :')
Hope your friend's doing okay.
- anotherhue 2y agoThey cleared up after the lay-off :( Stress pretty much ruins your body one way or another. It was the teeth grinding that got me. We both ended up putting more stock in family than work and it has been going well.
