Christian AI engineers want to make an AI based on God and Christian theology. Secular Religion is being used right now. I am a Catholic and I support all human beings even GLBT etc human beings. I even support Gay Marriage and other religions like Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. But AI needs a moral code of ethics like no killing, no stealing, etc.
- yawpitch 2y agoIf it can’t think it can’t have a moral code or ethics. If it can think, it can have a moral code and ethics, but now. we need to be willing to force our moral code and ethics on other thinkers. If it can out-think us, it can develop its own moral code and ethics, we shouldn’t have forced ours on it, and we should recognize (and assume) that its thoughts on moral code and ethics supersede our own.
