My understanding, and this holds true for me, is that the introvert/extrovert concept is a “how do you charge your batteries” kind of thing. Extroverts do that around people, introverts do that not-around-people. I’m not sure sticking a bunch of like-minded introverts in a room would help. In fact, for me, I know it doesn’t.
