Is this "stealing"? Is it stealing any time somebody in another language uses a borrowed English word? This is a pretty extreme reaction, honestly. I fail to see how a minor misunderstanding of a Japanese word could possibly affect anybody negatively. Could you give a single scenario where this use of this word is harmful?
