I've been using AI to call people and do product interviews. It's expensive, but still cheaper than a human doing it. AI's also a lot wittier and actually fun to talk to than a human. I'd dump it on that. You'd probably get some decent product specs out of it too, then spend the rest of the credits on a reasoning model to write up the specs.
