For a refreshing alternative, check out Astro Bot if you have a Playstation. All of the wow-factor of modern state-of-the-art gaming with none of the microtransaction, over-stuffed clutter bs. I do hope that we see more like TXR too -- classic gameplay (hard to stomach PS2 as classic but here we are) with modern technology capability. It seems like we've been seeing that in the indie space for a while with all of the pixel-y 16-bit style games. I think we're going to start seeing a lot more PS2-era style retro games and I can't wait.
