It just says that basically each COBOL system will implement dates their own way.
- BugsJustFindMe 2y agoThe thread says any such implementation has nothing to do with it being COBOL and further that COBOL doesn't even have a concept of dates, which absolutely does refute the original claim of "in COBOL, if a date is missing...".
