Maybe I’m an outlier but I keep notifications enabled, aggressively disabling them at the slightest annoyance (ad, too many for an app I don’t care about, etc).

Maybe I’m an outlier but I keep notifications enabled, aggressively disabling them at the slightest annoyance (ad, too many for an app I don’t care about, etc). I also use focus modes for sleep and other activities. I like that I can control when I get notifications without having to completely disable them.
