Why do you keep posting this nonsense? Anyone who's trying to do time synchronization over HTTPS fails at basic interneting. If you're using HTTPS for your time sync then you will not ever care about 50 milliseconds. Because if accurate timekeeping matters use the actual network time protocol and understand what different stratum levels are.
Time on the internet is not flawed It is your understanding of time on the internet that is flawed. I'm tired of crackpots thinking something is broken simply because they have a preconceived notion about how it should work instead of researching and understanding how it does work. Windows, Mac OS, and Linux all use NTP for their time sync. Whatever you're doing with HTTPS seems like your face palming at a web page and wondering why it's off a little bit.
