The majority of these have a 0.00 tariff applied. Did you even attempt to analyze this before you posted it?

  Checking other countries the list length is always around the same number so it's likely mostly a generic list. I won't bother checking how many tarriffs aren't zero-rated but I guess it's a long way from 5.7K+
