On K, everything is interesting. In seriousness, he doesn't give a flying eff about government functions. He is no different from any optimizing operator, doing only the absolute minimum to get whatever he perceives to be important done. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks is important. Like other operators he also doesn't know anything. He can identify people who do know things and then he socratic method interrogates them to get to the absolute minimum of what he considers requirements to be. This is not the function of government- which is a platform, not a business- and his actions are net destructive, not in service of efficiency or transparency or any other bs.
