- foresto 2y agoI hope this doesn't lead them to make Cloudflare a middleman. That would drive me away from their service.

- zamalek 2y agoAny reason why they seemingly had and easier time with IPv6? A simple lack of participants in the botnet, or are there some protocol-level tricks going on?
- potus_kushner 2y agocloudflare looking for a new customer ?

SourceHut ended up adopting Cloudflare. • https://blog.codeberg.org/letter-from-codeberg-looking-into-the-new-year.html https://blog.codeberg.org/letter-from-codeberg-looking-into-... • https://sourcehut.org/blog/2024-01-19-outage-post-mortem/ https://sourcehut.org/blog/2024-01-19-outage-post-mortem/ • https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38959762 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38959762
- Tmpod 2y agoIf you reread the post mortem you linked, you'll see they reached out to CF for a quote but ultimately ended up not picking them, despite the very generous free offer.
- MaxBarraclough 2y agoMy bad, good catch.
