It's too common in all human organisations of all sizes, IMHO...
- duxup 2y agolol I think that's a fair statement. I'm just maybe naively surprised that in science you wouldn't want all eyes watching all the things / curious. It is a little of what I expect in say coding and more senior folks get together to look deeply at something.
- DamonHD 2y agoI'm a couple of years into a PhD and while the university is supportive and cares about doing the Right Thing (TM), I'm not seeing particularly better or worse 'eyes watching' than amongst the buinesses that I have worked with of all sizes right up to major multinationals.
