Seems more like chronically online folks need to keep themselves entertained while circle jerking. What websites have automatic filters that block you from speaking about Elon musk?
- nyc_data_geek1 2y agoYes, why could people ever be concerned about surveillance of their online activities. Are you being willfully obtuse, or just generally dense? https://theintercept.com/2025/02/11/ice-immigration-social-media-surveillance/ https://theintercept.com/2025/02/11/ice-immigration-social-m...
- IncreasePosts 2y agoOP said "people created euphemism for him to avoid getting blocked by automatic filters when discussing him." So I asked what sites used automatic filters relating to Elon musk? Your link (aka the link this entire discussion is centered around) does not answer that question. Do you have another link that actually does?
- scotty79 2y agoIt's just my guess. Same way that people write pepsi, when they mean dead and seggs when they mean sex. Circumventing algorithmic filters is current direction of development of the language. It doesn't matter if any site automatically deranks word Musk yet. It's enough that people believe it might.
