For as far as any Greg Egan's stuff can be called accessible... I guess in a way you could call a thrilling story with the theme: "What if human observation DIDN'T cause quantum wave function collapse" (Greg Egan: Quarantine) the same as making Quantum Mechanics "accessible" :D Same goes for many of Ted Chiang's stories!
