Interesting, software used to be developed as a scarce resource but he's saying that having too much SW leads to many issue. I wonder if this will (in the long term) lead to the usage of language(s) with no ambiant authority to improve the security story. In theory it makes sense but in practice given that these language are painful to use with small projects, I'm not sure that they'll ever become popular.
