- dlcarrier 2y agoIt's my understanding that it will remain labeled golfo de México, when viewed in Spanish, much as Germany is called Germany in English, Alemania in Spanish, Deutchland in German, etc…

- gus_massa 2y agoProbably based on the location instead of the language. "Golfo de América" in Miami, "Golfo de México" in Acapulco.
- yencabulator 2y agoI think the real question is what will it be say on the map when viewed outside of USA and Mexico. (Personally, I think two labels are called for, in that context. Place them based on reach of territorial waters or something.)
