Considering that these are payment systems, how can they be used during wartime

- IAmGraydon 2y agoI highly doubt that would happen. There are other ways to make payment, though a bit slower until things are figured out.
- bamboozled 2y agoForeign installations ? You need to allocate and make sure they have access to the money to pay for resources locally.
