most DBMS have proprietary extension to SQL, its messy, real success would be adding the new syntax to the standard and have implemented across multiple DBMSs
- Taikonerd 2y agoWell, OK. PRQL is "for SQL DBs" in the sense that you can translate it to SQL on the client side, and then execute it on regular Postgres, MySQL, etc.
