I'm not seeing discussion on how much of a bad person that guy is but in how he's demonstrated recklessness and a disrespect for oversight, which are alarming when discussing medical devices - especially such as this specific one. This is a piece of marketing from a private company. It is a good thing that people raise criticism missing from it.
