- duxup 2y agoAre VC start ups even around long enough to ... care or should care? Or is this more bout the VC organizations themselves? I'll be honest this was a bit of a difficult read for me. Not sure I get what it is saying.
- silexia 2y agoAn employee should NEVER be forced to join a political organization like a union in order to get work.
- RiverCrochet 2y agoMy cousin is a long-time union worker, but is a bit of a jerk. So I don't talk to him much. But I did show him this, and here's a thought from him: "Well employees should then never be forced to join a political organization like a company in order to get work. Places that provide jobs/have employees or contractors should also then not be political; they should be unable to spend corporate money on political organizations or issue political statements." Not sure I agree, I'm anti-union myself; everyone should really be their own contractor. The economy would be better if everything was gig-worker based.
- silexia 2y agoNo one is ever forced to join a company, it is completely at your own opportunity and you can join any company that will have you.
