  Many of them have sued for defamation over being called a nazi and lost because the court ruled that the alleged defamatory statements are true and as such not defamation.

    Fair. Though I'd rather say "confirmed" than "certified". Also it depends which court ruled that: I'm sure a Russian court would rule that there's a significant number of nazis in Ukraine. And I'm surprised a nazi would sue for defamation: I'd guess most nazis wouldn't.

        I'd trust that more than a Russian court for sure. Though having seen the enormous German self-flagellation about Nazism and WWII, I wouldn't be surprised if their courts overcompensated somewhat in the other direction...
