- graemep 2y agoand what is the other country that refused to sign? They will move to countries where the laws suit them. Generally business as usual these days and why big businesses have such a strong bargaining position with regard to national governments. Both the current British and American governments are very pro big-business anyway. That is why Trump has stated he likes Starmer so much.
