- vaidhy 2y agoUS discriminates in the exact same way.. You can be on H1B, pay all the taxes and still will not be eligible for unemployment or social security even though you pay all those taxes. It is a bit ironic that an american is suing Taiwan for the exact same discrimination his home country does.
