The title should be "Elon Musk's Team Creates Another Mess to Be Cleaned Up by the Judiciary."
The question we should all be asking is whether Congress has any intentions whatsoever of doing their actual job? So far, they haven't been doing jack squat. Wonder if DOGE will suspend their salaries?! :)

- dialup_sounds 2y agoThe current majority party has adopted the principle of essentially unlimited executive power with regard to federal agencies, so as far as they're concerned, their job is to support that agenda, e.g. H.R. 899: To terminate the Department of Education.
