  He did a pretty good job describing it - somehow, we need to reach the market. There's probably an infinite number of possible routes to do this, everything from "viral growth" to direct marketing to "one of the co-founders is good friends with our 30 halo customers." One thing that product can do that marketing can't - an amazing product can grow itself. (Slowly, but still...)
