I don't think distracting drivers with ads in their jeep even when stopped is safe or even acceptable...

  In fact it is not impossible that at some point they will be forbidden by some legislation.

    "At some point" is likely not in the near future, at least in the US, as any such legislation will simply be labelled "woke" and "anti-free speech" and it will immediately die on the vine.

      There already must be legislation in place that forbids hiding "pestering" behind a label of «"anti-free speech"».
