So what it is just entirely free electricity? Someone must be paying for it somehow otherwise every apartment would be a bitcoin mine by now.
- jandrese 2y agoThe tenant pays for the utilities. Because the apartment complex is not paying for they they have no incentive to install energy efficiency upgrades and will instead install only the cheapest hardware they can buy.
