Ha, it's funny how everyone has completely different experiences it seems. I've owned my XC60 for over 5 years not and literally genuienly had zero issues with this car - software or hardware wise. Never had a single software crash. >>Only being able to use half the screen for CarPlay I don't know, that just never really bothered me? I use the built-in satnav anyway since it's necessary for the hybrid system optimization to work.
