"Big tech" & "vc backed" is a huge inspiration, but it's not meant for you, an employee. It was meant for VCs and other beneficiaries, actual stakeholders. Nothing wrong with that. But you better find inspiration where it actually is, not where the light shines - either in the journey to becoming the actual beneficiary. Or in the work itself, like an artist. Like many wise people here already commented.
