Yup. And the real danger of AI is not that it enslaves humans but in that it will bring great disillusionment and existential crisis.
Someone should write a blog post about this to warn humanity.
- ImPostingOnHN 2y agothe real danger isn't that it enslaves humans, but that it makes most humans useless to those with capital and robots and AI at that point, capital can tell most humans to just go away and die, and can use their technology to protect themselves in the meantime
