Given that the trick boils down, essentially, to adding a 450gb swapfile on disk… i wonder: wouldn’t it be great to have around one of large capacity very low latency disks that intel used to make a few years ago? I can’t remember the name… Optane? Kinda looks like the perfect fit for these kind of operations.
