Lawyers who file frivolous lawsuits should be civilly or even criminally liable themselves.
- bell-cot 2y agoHis mom is representing herself in the suit; no mention whether she is any sort of lawyer. Instead of liability, I'd say the judge should require that she get some mental health care, then do some community service. The latter perhaps talking to young males who've been caught doing stupid & dangerous stuff, about how that might end badly for them.
