Can't you just submit a manuscript to CreateSpace and get it live tomorrow?
- kroger 14y agoI could, but I want to make sure the resulting quality is good (I need to have high resolution images, make B&W images, etc.). Unfortunately it takes weeks until they send you the printed review and I don't feel comfortable selling something without seeing it first.
