In legal theory, perhaps, but given that House is controlled by Republicans, how many of them dare go on record opposing the will of their master?
- Dalewyn 2y agoThe Republican Party's loyalty/obedience to Trump so far is unprecedented even in general terms, so it's reasonable to expect a lot of his requests will be reflected in the final budget.
