There's a big difference between being good at building something and being good at leading people. The best leaders I've known or read about aren't the ones who go around talking about how great they are. They're the ones who listen more than they talk. They're the ones who understand that different people need different things. The future won't be built by any one group claiming they know best. It'll be built by all of us, both in and out of Silicon Valley, working together, each contributing what we do best while respecting what others bring to the table.
