Maybe that eating cholesterol puts cholesterol into your blood stream?
- KempyKolibri 2y agoMaybe? Wondering whether they’re referring to the lipid hypothesis, diet heart hypothesis or, as you say, the contribution of dietary cholesterol to serum cholesterol. I wouldn’t consider any of those to be myths, FWIW.
