So is congestion pricing working? I can't get a straight answer from googling.

There are so many aspects of a policy like this, you have to be specific on what you mean by “working”. Also, IMO, it’s too early to tell what the effects are going to be. Like everything else, people will react one way initially and then may soften later on.
- rsanek 2y agoAre you asking someone who drives a car or anyone else? That might impact what one considers as "working."
