I can't wait for actual AI interviewers. Then we can pit those against the endless secretly-AI-powered candidates we've been seeing over the last half year or so.
I predict strictly in-person interviews, even for full-remote orgs, will be making a comeback with a vengeance.

- esafak 2y agoFerreting out those secretly-AI-powered imposters (who can't code) is the recruiter's job. There's a business opportunity here too.
